The folks at Fulfyld are truly outstanding. I've looked into teaming up with different 3PL providers before, and it’s usually a hassle with confusing charges, order fulfillment issues, and whatnot. But with Fulfyld, their precision is spot on, communication is super sharp, and their internal crew is a pleasure to collaborate with. I highly suggest giving them a try! We began our partnership with Fulfyld in the Spring, and they have truly impressed us. The initial sales and setup were handled by Eric, who knows his stuff and gets straight to the point on business issues. This made for a smooth and effective onboarding experience. After that, you’ll be in touch with Kelsey and then Earl, who is the main contact at the warehouse. Both of them really excel in communication and are dedicated to providing what I believe is among the finest services in this field. If you’re a small business (just sharing my own experience), reach out to them and find out what they can offer you. It has saved me countless hours and a ton of stress. They are simply the best.

"Fulfyld has transformed my business"
Fulfyld has truly transformed my business operations. I was reaching a point where managing shipping orders in-house was consuming way too much time, and I had to delegate some of my tasks. The process to send our product to their facility and integrate our store was pretty quick. I reckon we were shipping in under two weeks. We have a dedicated account representative who responds fast and takes care of any odd issues that arise. I'm really happy with the service, and I appreciate their support in helping my business grow.

"Great Interaction with Actual Folks"
The best thing about dealing with Fulfyld has been chatting with a REAL PERSON. It’s super frustrating to submit a help ticket and never see any resolution (unlike those fulfillment centers I’ve dealt with before). When issues arise at Fulfyld, I can just shoot them a text or give them a call. This has really changed the game for my business.

"My Experience in the Industry with Fulfyld"
Having spent quite a few years in this field, I've collaborated with numerous 3PLs. I can genuinely say that working with Fulfyld has been a great experience.
Sure, there have been some hiccups. Yes, inventory has gone missing. Anyone who thinks that won’t happen in this line of work is kidding themselves, and I see those other reviews where folks are just complaining.
To thrive in this business, you need reliable partners, but it’s equally important for clients to take responsibility. If you think you can just hand off accountability, you’re setting yourself up for failure. You’ve got to keep an eye on your inventory just as much as you expect your 3PL to do their part.
Fulfyld: 1) Always responds to calls or emails. 2) You can have a chat with the owner. 3) They stand by their commitments. 4) They genuinely try to resolve issues, but 4) it doesn’t always work out. Most importantly, 5) they get things right 96% of the time and put in their best effort 100% of the time.
They really are a joy to work with.

"My experience with this fulfillment center was a nightmare..."
I've never encountered such a terrible situation with a fulfillment center before. They completely shirk responsibility for their numerous errors. Be prepared for inaccurate inventory counts and receiving items multiple times. You’ll end up footing the bill for lost items and reshipments, even when it’s their fault.
When I spoke to them on the phone, they actually said: 'How do you expect me to ensure we send you the right items?'
That was the last time we communicated with them.
The outcome? We lost thousands in inventory and dealt with double and even triple shipments. When we sought a resolution, they simply terminated our contract. We had no choice but to shift our operations to a different fulfillment center.

"AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS"
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. I’ve never dealt with such a disorganized outfit in my entire life!
Issues:
- Customers receiving double or even triple shipments.
- Incorrect items being sent out.
- Shipments delayed (some items took over a month to arrive!!)
- 30 items went missing in their warehouse. (average retail item price is around $250)
- A box with all chain external logos went missing (the items were shipped without logos until we figured it out!)
- They charged us extra for Priority shipments without our consent. (we're still sorting that out with them)
Repercussions:
- We haven’t been able to sell a single thing for nearly 2 months!
- Fulfyld doesn’t take responsibility for any double, triple, lost, or incorrect shipments.
- They don’t help with transitioning to another fulfillment center.
- They ended our contract when we brought up all the issues they caused. What a great solution for us.
- They’ve stopped replying to our emails.
When we reached out to Fulfyld to discuss the situation, after our call with upper management about any outstanding shipments, they asked, "how would you like to ensure they are shipped correctly?" We recorded the call. This is the level of professionalism we’re dealing with - a fulfillment center asking their client how to guarantee proper shipping of their products.

"Advantages"
Advantages: You get a dedicated account manager (you can really text and call them), they take responsibility when they mess up, and the pricing is solid. Disadvantages: Tracking numbers sometimes don’t refresh fast enough, and keeping tabs on claims can be a hassle. Overall, I'm quite pleased with their service. It's tough to come across a 3PL in e-commerce that genuinely cares.
